to your door.

DinoLeather currently ships only to U.S. addresses. We do not offer international shipping, so there are no international customs, duties, or import-fee charges through DinoLeather.

Carrier availability, shipping cost, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are shown at checkout. If a U.S. address is not accepted at checkout, contact us before placing an order.

We prepare your order

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays observed by DinoLeather.

Your package is handed to the carrier

Once your order ships, we send a shipment-confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number. Tracking may need 24–48 hours to begin showing updates.

It travels to your door

Delivery estimates begin after shipment, not when the order is placed. The carrier and service selected at checkout determine the available delivery options.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Tracking information is sent after shipment. Carrier transit estimates are useful planning tools, but actual arrival can be affected by weather, service disruptions, or other carrier delays.

TRACKING UPDATES

Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

If there are still no carrier updates after that period, email us with your order number and we will help review the shipment.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Transit estimates start once the order has shipped.

The estimate shown by the carrier does not include the 1–2 business-day processing period needed to prepare your order.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Faster transit does not automatically shorten processing.

Expedited or express service affects carrier transit time. A faster processing commitment applies only when it is expressly shown in the product listing or at checkout.

SECURE ARRIVAL

Orders over $450 require a signature.

This additional delivery step helps protect higher-value purchases when they reach their destination.

DELAYS & CHANGES

Clear updates
when plans change.

We make reasonable efforts to ship within the processing time stated in the product listing or at checkout. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you with a revised ship date.

IF A SHIPMENT IS DELAYED

You can accept the revised date or cancel the unshipped order.

If you choose not to accept a material shipping delay, we will cancel the unshipped portion of the order and issue a prompt refund.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Review your address before submitting the order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need a correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed or shipped.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS

We may decline orders addressed to freight forwarders.

Please contact us before ordering if the delivery address is a forwarding service, warehouse, or reshipper.
